Bringing the GeoMx Discovery Proteome Atlas (DPA) to Singapore
At Next Level Genomics, we are excited to bring the GeoMx® Discovery Proteome Atlas (DPA), developed by Bruker Spatial Biology, to researchers in Singapore and across the APAC region.
The DPA is the largest antibody-based spatial proteomics assay available today, covering more than 1,200 protein targets and over 130 post-translational modifications (PTMs). By moving beyond RNA-only approaches, it gives researchers a deeper view of how proteins — the functional drivers of biology — shape health and disease.
Why DPA Matters
Traditional spatial platforms have unlocked powerful insights at the RNA level, but proteins often tell the real story of cellular behavior. With DPA, researchers can:
- Interrogate 1,200+ proteins in situ across oncology, immunology, neuroscience, and more.
- Access clone-level antibody information to quickly move from discovery to small-plex validation in independent cohorts.
- Confidently analyze precious FFPE samples, thanks to optimized protocols for clinical material.
- Profile proteins with spatial resolution, maintaining context within intact tissue.
Complementary to Existing Workflows
For groups already running RNA-based spatial assays (e.g. Xenium), the DPA provides a downstream protein layer. Because post-Xenium IF remains stable, DPA can be performed directly on the same tissue sections — making it easier to extract maximum insight from limited clinical samples.
Our Role at Next Level Genomics
While the DPA was developed by Bruker, we are proud to make this cutting-edge capability accessible to the Singapore research community. At NLG, we:
- Integrate DPA into our existing spatial genomics services.
- Provide end-to-end support — from sample prep and QC to data analysis.
- Help researchers accelerate biomarker discovery and validation, bridging discovery and translational research.
